Shangri-La, The Land Beyond Time

The adventure begins as the cruise ship disembarks from Port Everglades on November 10th, 2009, and heads out to sea, after a day sailing through the Bermuda Triangle, the ship, crew, and passengers are due inJamaica on Thursday the 12th of November 12/11/2009(3+11=11= 25=7).
What happens while in transit, baffles even the most experienced and knowledgeable paranormal researchers.


The participants  all chose to sail this vessel, for various reasons.Although some were unaware of it,they were all about to have major changes in their lives, and were seeking answers.

On board is a group of seekers from Florida, including several with diverse and varied religious backgrounds.
Two families, enjoying their first cruise together and celebrating lifetime milestones. Both have children that will soon be entering the military and going off to serve their country,and a widower who just recentlylost his wife to cancer.

Little do most realize the turn of events that will soon occur  will change their lives and shape their destiny forever.

As the passengers enjoy their first dinner and become acquainted with the ship and each other, the ship sails off into the night . Little does any one know what tomorrow will bring.

As darkness settles over the ocean, a strange green mist engulfs the ship and everything around it.

As the sun rises on the  morning of 11/11/2009(11), the passengers begin to stir, it is a beautiful day, blue skies and while puffy clouds abound, the ship is sailing effortlessly over the unusually calm waters. As a day at sea is on the agenda, people begin to gather in the dining rooms, enjoying breakfast and discussing their days activities.

Suddenly over the horizon, there appears an uncharted island, an island never before seen by humans. The crew is astounded. Where did this islandcome from? As everyone becomes aware of this phenomenon, there is arealization there is something mystical about it, something seems to be drawing the ship toward it. The captain has no choice but to let the ship steer itself, the controls mean nothing.

The island is a tropical paradise,covered with lush green vegetation, birds of every color and description, waterfalls, small rivers and many lakes and streams abound. Fruit vegetables, and herbs abound, ample nourishment foreveryone.

The crew and passengers begin to disembark, quietly going into the jungle to sample all it has to offer, relishing on the fruits and herbs that abound. As the ship docks many passengers debark and are found swimming in the waterways and hiking the small pathways to points unknown.

There seems to be a certain radiance surrounding the accidental visitors. Many are experiencing peace for the first time in their lives.
What mysterious force inhabits this island, how will it change their lives? As they meander about, some vanish for awhile and then reappear as though nothing has happened. Many sit and meditate. Some are skipping rocks across the water, oblivious to everything and everyone around them.
The day begins to draw to an end and  the passengers begin returning to the ship, ready for dinner,some entertainment, and unaware of the days activities, prepare for a relaxing nights sleep and a busy day in Jamaica the following morning.

The next morning Jamaica looms over the horizon as people begin to stir,many only have a feeling of great peace surrounding them, others have forgotten completely the events from the previous day. Only a few have any memory of the events that transpired the previous day.
It doesn't matter, everyone has gained a new understanding and gained insight as to what they should do with their life, new loves have been found, new direction,  everything will be revealed in due time. This brief visit to Shangri-La has changed every one's life forever.
